Safra Bank

Since joining Banco Safra in 2020, I have been fortunate to engage in diverse communication initiatives, playing a important role in driving the bank's strategic objectives. I have developed projects ranging from awareness campaigns and customer acquisition to monetization of existing customers and customer lifecycle communications.

A significant aspect of my role involves designing impactful landing pages, email marketing designs, media campaigns, and screens for app stores, all with a keen focus on data-driven design. By leveraging media dashboards, I have meticulously analyzed and interpreted data to recommend effective testing strategies, enabling the bank to achieve optimal performance outcomes.

 

In addition to my design responsibilities, I have taken the lead in spearheading internal organization and workflow optimization projects. Embracing agile design methodologies, I have contributed to enhancing the efficiency and collaboration within my current team.
